i found the seat on my bike to be a bit high and rounded makeing it uncomfortable, so thought id have a go reshpeing it as per the above article, but when i took the vinyle cover off i found 1/2" of foam stuck on top of a lower flater seat! result, unfortuntly the vinyle had a couple of holes in so i just clened off the foam and re fastend the first cover. seats now a bit lower wich has made all the difference and the flater profile is more comfortble.
