Their site seems to have disappeared. Too bad. I had one on my K75RT and really liked it. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

good - that means the one I have is increasing in value. Pretty soon it'll be worth about the same amount as cruise control - which is probably what did them in...
I have the flip-a-lever and the drilled, threaded part that fits on the bar. _________________ Jim

...or just crank the throttle grip down tight enough to overpower the spring to avoid claw hand as you cross the western U.S. in April. DAMHIK _________________ tlp

Or the thickest, smallest diameter "O" ring that you can stretch over the wide part of the throttle grip. Place it between the grip and the switch housing. It negates the throttle spring.
Once you are used to it it becomes second nature to use.
Even with a normal throttle we all do the motion of closing it. You don't use the grip to accelerate then take your hand off to let the spring decelerate. I have always rolled the thottle on AND off.
Works for me and CHEAP! _________________ John & Cathy

you just had to do it didnt you jim...
you just had to jinx me...
i have been having this issue with my throttle wanting to nose down the motobrick when letting off the gas... i had developed a little bit of play in the grip before it would engage the engine... then likewise going the other way causing the nose down...
so i was gonna take a closer look and discovered my flip a lever flipper had no resistance... i took it off and the plunger wouldnt slide... messed around with it and put it back on... it would not tighten up... i must have had it cross threaded... now its all f ed up...
happy now jim...
then i was buzzing around the central valley and my left grip puppy split in half...
o well... gonna meet up with roy s in davis ca tomorrow morning... he is going to be caging it... we however will be looping the coast tomorrow... so i just slid the throttle grip over against the manic salamander and its good...
looking for a throttle friction screw now... i like the screw better than the lever...
bye bye...

I can screw you, Johnny.
Give me an address and a date and I'l mail with you one with an appropriate lead time.
Are you sure you didn't strip the threads in the throttle perch or are you sure it's the F-A-L? _________________ 93 LT (x2)

Sorry about that, Johnny Just one of those things, I guess...
I have the threaded piece that goes on the handlebar - NOS. And a slightly used Flip-a-lever. But, since you like the screw better, I guess I'll have to put the parts up in the FS forum. _________________ Jim
