Have any of you visited India recently?

It is such an odd mix of antiquated equipment and modern equipment.

My 3G cell phone keeps dropping calls in Silicon Valley yet gives me crystal clear connections (with multiple carriers) anywhere in India.

On the one hand you still see a lot of bicycles. Yet on the other hand ALL public transportation (buses, cabs etc) have been converted to natural gas significantly improving air quality.

Go figure.....
