Just want to check with you guys and girls. The manual on page 218 (31.16) shows the steel ring in the slider tube. Sort of looks to me that the highest bit of the ring should be on the inside of the tube. But when I took this off I'm sure the highest bit was on the outside of the tube as the 'lower' bit helps keep the bush located in the slider.

Could someone confirm this before I fit the seals!
