Flying Duck

Tomorrow I have to make it from SF to Palm Springs. I plan to take Hwy 1 from Carmel and then head east on 41 and 58. Since it's going to be a long day, what's the fastest way(shortest time) from I-5 at 58 to the Palm Springs area? FYI: Lane-splitting is fine if that makes any difference.

i believe the fastest way would be s on the 5 to the 210... e on the 210 all the way past the 215 where it changes to the 30... stay on the 30 to the 10... e on the 10...

or s on the 5 to the 138 at gorman... e on the 138 to the 14... s on the 14 to the 138 at palmdale... e on the 138 to the 15 to the 215 to the 30 to the 10...

or stay on the 58 heading e all the way to the 14 to the 138 to the 15 to the 215 to the 30 to the 10...

or stay on the 58 heading e all the way to the 395 to the 15 to the 215 to the 30 to the 10...
