G'day
What a great piece of footage. Shows even R1150GS's are fun in the right place.
Reminds me of many years ago, siting in my mates flat, drinking reasonably large quanties of beer, watching Joey Dunlop video of the Isle of Man. My flatmate Don actually fell off the bar stool while leaning his way around the course. Silly bugger.
We remind him of that fairly often. _________________ Ride safe

Fantastic rider, great lines.
He had that bike close to the redline most of the time too, I can't believe how fast it was. _________________ Bane of your existence since July 2006

Freakin awesome...........the TT makes going round a track look tame and kinda boring....
The TT is about sheer riding ability.....its true roadracingand free from the mainstream sanitized product marketing racing we see today.
Dont get me wrong....the top riders of today are awesome too......And the racing produces great technology.....
But the TT creates legends.... |

when was it filmed? i was there this year and 'mad sunday' rained out. my mad lap averaged 37.5 mph, that was crawling along in the fog across the mountain from ramsey hairpin to creg ny baa. passed a push bike going up and two kids in a mini cooper passed me on the mountain after that i saw no one till douglas.
it was an awesome week though. _________________ John Merrick

Cool video! I'd love to do a lap there someday, if only to see this...
