i hate food and food hates me...
but as of 01-01-08... im on the meat only diet...
here you see 2 7lb prime ribbs that i rolled in lipton french onion soup mix... they have now been cold smoked and are in the fridge...
i got 32 pounds of pig arse in the smoker for a noon lunch for the hotel staff...
immediately following taking them the pig... im gonna finish off the prime ribbs...
so if you want some... get your arse over here... supercross is across the street tomorrow too...
