Well, the feeler gauge trick seemed to work for about 200 miles and then the right fork was getting damp with fork oil again.
So I bit the bullet and swapped in the upgraded forks that I kept from the K100RS4V I sold.
Not only do I have more peace of mind (the seals in the those forks only have about 4-5k on them) but it also gave me the chance to add some fork boots too.
I had some extra time so I also changed the coolant and blec the brakes. The brakes hadn't been bled in a couple of years and the fluid was DARK.

I noticed your Bagster holes are not lined up again.
Just an observation. _________________ Bane of your existence since July 2006
