I guess I am asking for a favor more then anything. I have inspected all of the bearings, splines, universal, etc of the rear drive. I am replacing the neede bearings in the paralever with the up graded bushings. Everything has gone back togteher fine, although the outer pivot pin seems to be out more then it was prior to disassembly. The torque on the pin is only 7nm, around 5 ft lbs. My pin is out exactly 3/4 of an inch. I thought it was closer to 1/2 inch before. I am hoping someone can measure theirs just to see if I am in the ball park. As it is now mine is threading in 6 threads, I thought it was more, many thanks. _________________ Dom |

Thanks anyway,
I took it all apart again, I left a tiny bit of old lock tite on the inside threads that threw the torque off, I could have probably tightened through it, but better safe then sorry, turned out to be a 1/2 inch sticks out or 1/4 inch with the nut on it. _________________ Dom |
