I have a maybe peculiar problem. I got an aftermarket digital dash for my bike and everything on it works except the fuel bars. They read backwards. So full reads empty, empty reads full. Any suggestions as to what this may be? I thought about switching wires but I realized it’s a 2 wire so that wouldn’t do anything (I tried anyways just for fun).

It's the K bike that's peculiar, not the gauges. The resistance on K bike fuel level senders is "backwards." A couple of ohms when full and 110ish ohms when empty. Most fuel level senders have zero-ish ohms when empty and higher ohms when full.
