HI Guys
How do I remove lock barrel from the small topbox if I don't have a key.

For the 22L top case you need to stick a pin in the hole and then spin the lock core 180 degress to get it out. If you don't have the gear to pick locks it's probably best to take it to a locksmith to pick it to get the lock core out.

I have been trying to do this but no luck yet, I can get it to turn 90 only.

They can be kind of finicky getting the core out even if you have the correct key.
