I tried the slam method with mine, but they were stuck hard. I wound up using the suction cup of a windshield GPS mount, stuck it in the center of the mirror and just popped it out.

You really have to slam it down pretty dang hard. Even though I've done it a bunch of times before it still took me about five slams on that one. I just edited down to the last one to make it look easier than it really is.
