Hi
So I cracked a front indicator lens on the weekend on my K1100rs, Monday morning I picked up the phone to order a new couple and bugger me!!... BMW don't make them any more so how bloody stupid is this!!
You would think that these are a fairly common replaced item and demand would be on the high scale, but apparently not.
I rang a few BMW dealers here in Australia, I looked on a few of the major parts suppliers OS and they all list them as not available.
Hope someone is going to start making them again soon because orange cellophane and sticky tape is a pretty shitty look plus the bugs will go right through it.
Stay safe and horizontal _________________ Cheers Grant

Yea, those lens's have been not available for many years... agree, it's too bad.
I've heard that someone has been looking into reproducing them again, but I don't think it's happened yet. _________________ Ride safe.

Someone posted in the "For Sale" area that he is making them himself and will sell them to others. Might be worth checking out. _________________ 1997 K1100LT

Just a heads up.....
Motobins no longer break bikes for spares, so only deal in new parts.

Motorbins have not dealt in second hand parts for years. Are you sure it wasn't Motorworks where you bought the exhausts?
