I am a little puzzled (and a little stupid) as to how to access the inside of the throttle. I have greased it once before but it was so long ago I cannot remember how to get to the actual cable.

I know that the front cover has to come off (Removed the allen screw) I then removed the switch gear but after that I am struggling.

Any advice please.

What are you trying to grease? It's not advisable to put anything in the cable as it can cause the cable lining to degrade.

Not in the cable, just the end of the cable where the nipple hooks into the grip.
Irrespective of greasing, I still need to find out how the get to the end of the cable should the cable need replacing.
