Greetings everyone! I'm a new member, but have long looked at K11OG for assistance (much thanks!!). I've been riding a beautiful '94 K1100RS around the Seattle area for the past year or two.
When I picked her up, the previous owner said the front end was totaled, and sat in a junk yard for +/-8 years. A dealership picked it up, reworked it replacing the entire front end, and certified it with the state. Long story short, after riding many different types of motorcycles, the K1100RS is by far the best of all worlds 
On a side note, I'm working on a Ardunio/Raspberry pi project for the k1100. It's still a long time in the works, but I would be happy to share the completed source code and schematics with the community when finished. I may need some help from everyone to work out some of the fine details, see what information people would like to have from their bike, and how easily it could be accomplished!
