I think she did........

A month after HM I did my first official IronButt, pretty much riding around the perimeter of the New England states.

I finished the "Minuteman 1000" in just over 19 hours- the ride taking longer due to a considerable amount of 2 lane state highways.

The ride went great and I got the hang of collecting receipts and writing figures down on the ride log. Never felt tired and even my backside was OK on the Corbin seat.

So what to do next? I signed up for the "Civil War Saddle Sore 2000" in September http://www.mctourer.com/rides/2015/CivilWar/index.html.
Gettysburg, Pa to Vicksburg, Ms and back. 2000 miles. In 36 hours.

Will post some pictures.

At the next HM, you might want to keep an eye on what you eat. Laughing

I am doing a 10 hour rally the week before otherwise I would be interested in this. I live about 2 hrs. from Gettysburg, so the start is convenient. Good luck!

Combine it with a Bun Burner Gold if you can. (1,500 miles in 24 hours or less)

Thanks John

FD, I'll see what the weather looks like. If it is fairly decent I might think about a BBgold. Otherwise I do have an inexpensive hotel reservation in Vicksburg where I can catch a couple hours rest.

I'll write up the gory details here after the ride. The start is nearly 600 miles from home- nice warm up.
