What are these - which way should they face? They are mounted on the fornt fork on top of the fender and lose. Before I tighten them I want to know the right orientation.
They appear to be some sort of air deflector. I could not find them in the fiche?

Thanks,

They are fork seal protectors, intended to keep bugs off the fork tubes in the travel zone.
Here's a Product Review write-up about them:

My Bandit has them. My K11 ate fork seals quite easily till I put some Rancho boots on the forks. I also stopped trying to do wheelies which wasn't a good idea anyway for the bike or for me. _________________ 93 K1100LT
