My truck and trailer will be at our cabin as well.
We should be in between 4 and 5 on Wednesday.
FYI I got an E-mail today from Virginia reservations stating that check in time is now 4pm instead of 3pm for all cabins and lodges, etc..... _________________ Ride safe.

Reckon I'll be out with firewood AND eggs on Thursday evening. BTW, since I've gotten out of riding I've got some gear/etc. that will go for REAL cheap. Battery Tender w/BMW plug, a couple BMW filter wrenches, and riding gear for a big tall doofus like myself (I'm 6'4", 36" waist, 34" inseam). Aerostich Roadcrafter 2-piece suit, Olympia hi-viz mesh suit w/zip-in rain/insulated liners, a pair of size 13 Gore-Tex riding boots, an Arai medium helmet w/several spare shields, and a few sets of assorted XL gloves. Not to turn this into a yard sale or anything but I'm trying to clear out my shop. _________________ No motorcycles, just bicycles & a canoe |

Well, I'm not 6-4, but I'd be willing to try it on for size..... _________________ Ride safe.

If The K doesn't break down this year I should get there while the office is still open.
I should be able to get the keys. I think they usually leave them somewhere at or near the cabin...

Dave and I should hopefully be there between 6 and 7pm on Wednesday
Can someone sign OTG in for his cabin? I don't know if the office will be open when we get there. Jim? |

Pretty quiet here....with 4 days to go.
HM, here we come.
OTG must be on his way to N.Y., or already there?
See all you soon.

Pretty quiet here too. Just laying low and resting up, two more days of work and I am the heck outta here!
Can't wait to set the auto reply on email and the "I'll get back to you next week" message on the voice mail.
I really need some gone time, really looking forward to seeing everyone again.
I washed up the bike and hooked up the luggage today, checked all the fluids and tightened up the chain a tad, the bike is ready to roll and so am I.
I can't believe this is the eighth gathering...some of you are getting really old! _________________ Steve

I'm with S.S.
But I just need some time away from the semi-frozen north. It snowed here Thursday and Friday nights. Around northern New England people are forgetting what sunshine looks like. I am hoping that I'll see some when we get to Va., but the various weather "guess" websites don't look that great for Wednesday and Thursday.
I see that Rydor is already riding down there somewhere, breaking in the roads for us. Hey Sean, don't wear them all out, OK? _________________ John & Cathy

Got home safe, sound and ticketless by 2:00 today.
It was 38 degrees this morning when I left and 82 by the time I got home. I was shedding layers the whole ride.
Had a crazy time as usual!

Got home about 1pm. Unloaded the truck and car, now laundry and NASCAR (nap).
You bastards ride too fast! I filled the bike and checked milage, I only got 42.5 on the ride Saturday, compared to my usual 43.1. You guys owe me .6 mpg!
Had a great time, have already marked it on the work calendar for next year.
I also found out about all of the bike trailer we saw were for:
