How is your battery? A week battery can give you grief.
The only other thing I can suggest is to check all of the connections and make sure that they are clean and tight, especially the grounds.
Code 7 is supposed to be the controller itself, yet you say Tosi tested it and says it's good. Interesting.
Other than that there is Drakes suggestion from the other ABS thread.
