So I just got back from a 320 km run,, bike works awesome,, the more I ride it the more I love it,,but on my way back on the highway ,, bike is warmed up and running like a scared cat,,, when passing some cars I was up around 160 KM/HR or so(not sure cus I don't usually look down when I'm going that fast on the back roads) backed off the throttle and it backfired 2-3 times, and I have heard it do this a couple of times now( it usually does it when it's not up to temp and I gear down ) this trip it did it a couple of times, once just backing off the throttle , and once gearing down,,, and made a couple of pops each time ,,is this an indicator of something going on, any Ideas? things to look at?,,,,,Thanks ,, Hilton

Both of mine backfire a little bit too.
It's less noticeable on the '97 with the stock exhaust, but I can still tell that it's happening.

I'll log that under the "not uncommon" category.
