When my bike heats up, I have to roll the throttle pretty quickly to avoid a stall coming from a full stop. If I let the clutch out at what I'd consider a normal acceleration, it'll stall. So, I'm having to overcompensate and rev the motor to avoid it. Waste of fuel, annoying, looks like I'm trying to show off by gunning it (leave that to the HD crowd), etc...
I've already disconnected/plugged the crankcase fuel vent hose, which was causing flat-out stalls at idle when things warmed up. The bike idles fine on hot days now except for this problem.
Ideas? The tach currently sits right at 1K rpm at idle, which is the lowest setting on the tach, so it could be well below that, but I doubt it. I'm guessing it's idling just fine, then either briefly flooding or starving on the slow roll.
Thanks,

Sounds like you still may have a vac leak. Either some more hoses that are bad, or the o-rings on the bottom of the injector manifolds could be leaking. It's not uncommon for 20yr old rubber bits to dry and crack and leak. _________________ Ride safe.
