First ride in 13 weeks yesterday. On April 23, I was on a new construction site when a front loader struck a 10' high concrete block wall and push it over on myself and two others. The result for me was 6 broken ribs, 2 broke clavicles, broken hip, and a hole in the right lung. (and a partridge in a pear tree) 42 days later they remove all the accessories and let me go home. Talk about a train wreck. Friday Doc said that if "I really felt froggy" I could ride anything I could get my leg over. That was not the K, but not for the lack of tryin. I did manage to get on the R1150 and rode for about an hour. But when I got home I had to have my son help me get off. I'm not as young as I use to be, but I'm not ready for a trike either. I will be having a serous talk with the Physical Therapist on Monday. And another with the Orthopedic guy in two weeks. He may have to go back in there and adjust the range of travel stop on that ball joint.

I must say that this site has helped greatly in the retention of my sanity. Thank you one and all.
