Been awhile since I stuck my head in here. Hope all is fine with everyone.

Headed to the Dales area at the end of the the month, will actually be coming over twice this year Very Happy . Will be there the last week-end of April, staying in Ingleton (sp) close to Devils Bridge, the big change for this trip compared with all the others, before was always just the wife and I, this time leading 3 HD's Rolling Eyes , think that is so funny, get them from Hull to the B&B. Wink Should be interesting with tanking up, staying off the super highways and have learned you don't pass up tank stations in Northern England. Sunday planning a day trip to hit Devils Bridge, Hawes, over the moors to Reeth, Tan Hill and all the small roads I can find back down to the B&B.

If any of our English bretheren have any sugestions , recommendations or any other info that may be handy will but be glad to hear it.

The second trip will take place in Sept, destination TBD.

Stock up on fuel before you reach england!

Unless you get legally mugged for yours too.

Other recommendations would be, spend a week in the dales then head to the highlands for some proper scenery and lovely roads, definitely don't pass a filing station here though and wait for the next one.

Pretty sure the gas prices there are higher than here, always top off before getting on the boat. Last year managed a quick trip into Scotland before heading for the B&B. Had docked in Newcastle, and your right, Scotland does warrent a trip on it's own. First need to knock out a trip to Ireland, England itself has remained an annul event for the last 6 or 7 years (the wife's holiday).

Stop in Amsterdam and get some good hash and smoke it!!!

Then find the hottest Russian and Asian hooker and get naked with em...both, at the same time.......

What ever you do, wait 36 hrs before you ride your bike.......

That should get you ready for the gas prices!!

HaHaHaHaHaHa......

Hash and hookers I can get anytime....trip to England only comes once a year....

My experience has been..., pay for everything with credit card..., wait for the bill to come ( after everything has been converted from pounds to dollars)..., and wait for the heart attack.
