I just tryed this on the K1100lt, just to see what would happen; push BOTH turn buttons at the same time,,
DUDE!! FOUR-WAY FLASHERS.
One quirk; you have to keep both buttons pushed, else it sees whatever was last pushed and gives one-or-the-other turn sig. (Needs canceled)
Still, 4-way flashers just at your thumbs anytime, not need to hunt for (where is that darn thing) button (specialy if the marks are all rubbed off over the years).

Interesting, I will try it!
(Edit)
Tried it and it does work, but as you stated, they won't stay on after you release one of the buttons.
But it could be a nice addition the brake light when you come to a sudden stop and need to get the attention of the drivers behind you, as long as you don't need your thumbs for anything else... _________________ Steve
