Derek,
I normally go each year but start my new job this coming Tuesday. I *might* have a little job for you - taking the Racetech fork springs to another K11RS rider who is coming up from Victoria to the KRR.
Barry Sheene Festival of Speed is definitely out now as Captain Bligh has called a state election and I will be working that weekend (the joys of life as a public servant).

Bugger re the BSFOS!! I was quite releived to not be around on election day
No problems on the springs, I can swing by your place sometime and pick them up. They'll tie in with the tent et al quite fine as long as they aren't oily! Might stick em in a rubbish bag so they don't get wet/rusty. I think I have your number somewhere. PM it to me or call/sms on 0414 388 498. I have to go out to Camira next weekend so could get them then. _________________ K1100RS '97

This road will be reopened following bridge repairs.

A bit of mud doesn't worry the lavenda, this bit was dry but it was muddy a few ks further. No problems for me, but the bloke following on his R1200GS dropped it in the mud hahaha, his traction control shut the engine down on him, ah technology, aint it grand? :-
