This could replace all of the convoluted tax code mess both on the federal and state level, and merits debate.
Unfortunately there few if any of the 535 imbeciles in congress that could take on the challenge of true reform.
Prepare to grab your ass with both hands during 2012. If you 2011 has been ugly, just wait.

| The scary stupid bill is not going anywhere. It was proposed last year and did not get any further than a budget. There was no Republican co-sponsor. This does not mean the sneaky thevin' bastards won't try it again. |
