Took the K on a tour of some of Eastern Oregon, primarily Sierra Nevada regions of Calif, last week. I have a brief writeup and photos here:

Super shots! And, I now feel much cooler for it too, being here in stinkin' hot Austin, Texas.
Thanks for posting. _________________

Stunningwork Voodoo. You were making me homesick for some of my fav riding roads and camping. There aren't many bikes better than the K-LT for that sort of trip - reliable, perfect riding position for taking in the view, great handling, and carries what you need. Vented boots do help a lot with the heat. Anyway, really nice job on that. _________________ 2012 R1200RT Midnight Blue

Great pics & ride report, "jealously" rears it's ugly head. _________________ Steven B

Agreed 102 degrees today!
P.S. I think I saw a Bigfoot in one of those pics. _________________ 1993 K1100LT
