Back when the onions and celery were added: how about a few jalepeno slices, chopped?

But then I'm just a Wisconsin farmboy who won't move home after he's found chili peppers!

Hi, Gwen,
What are you going to cook at Hungry Mother? I'll gladly not subject you to more spaghetti if you want to do dinner one of the nights! Smile

I have been thinking very hard about this.

One thing I was thinking about doing was packing my cheesecake forms, riding down on Wed. to bake 4-5 cheese cakes.

Here are some I've made.

White Chocolate.

Cappuccino Almond with shortbread cookie crust

Classic New York

Dark Chocolate Caramel Truffel

This soup could be another option with some toasted herd garlic french bread and something else.

Any thoughts?

Oh, on the peppers, hell yeah!! But I would use serrano pepper and top that off with cabot habanero cheese instead of cheddar.

Hi again, Gwen,
The cheesecakes look great. HOWEVER, being diabetic, I'd be afraid to eat a slice of any of the ones pictured. Do you have any "no sugar added" cheesecakes? (I hope, I hope, I hope ...)
