Tying up brake lever stiffens up brakes after maintenance.
What's the physics behind this.
Worked for me. _________________ 1994 K1100 LTSE + Blackbird |

I believe, it lets the air in the system go to the highest point in the system which is the reservoir. _________________ 2014 R1200RT Water Cooled

There is a way to speed this up especially for the front brake and that is to start at the base of each flexible pipe and tap them fairly vigorously which dislodges any air bubbles that have become attached to the walls of the pipes. A certain way of helping to clear unwanted air from the system. _________________ 1997 K1100LT
