Compared to a couple of years ago, the prices of tyres for both my K1100lt and my K75s have gone through the roof with an approximate 30% price increase. I have just bought a pair of Michelin Pilot Active for my K75s and they cost me a bit over £200. ($270)
I am now faced with having to buy a similar pair for my K1100lt and not looking forward to paying out possibly as much as £230. ($311) (Bigger tyres on the K11)
How much would you generally expect to pay over in the US?
These are really good tyres and I like the wear rate although the fronts wear at the same rate as the rear. Possibly due to a softer compound for the front
