Fitted new air filter on 1994 K1100 LTSE
When job was done there was this big washer on the floor.
About the size of a silver dollar with shadow of small screw/bolt head.

I know it but cannot figure where it belongs.
Wasn't prepared to dismantle other side to fond out.

Tank retaining circlip took to the air..........
4 in the post now Evil or Very Mad

Maybe the bracket that holds the right lower to the side of the engine?

That sounds pretty well what I would suggest. Actually there should be 2 washers but one tends to stick to the rubber support on the fairing.

I was thinking of the earlier Ks. I think the K1100LT only used those big washers on the top one that's mounted to the side of the radiator.

That #6 washer has a big hole since the bolt it holds is female. (threaded on the inside to accept the the #2 M5.)

I'll look again at suggestions.

Thanks for help. Very Happy

I need to take a right LT lower off tomorrow to replace a failed bolt at the top of an engine protection bar so I'll snap some pics for you.

Thanks for that.
The washer is 1" in diameter with 1/4" hole.

Not from under fairing I don't think.
It's muddy with clean circle where bolt was and clean on back.
Offered it up to location but diameter too big, but I discovered I've
lost bolt from there now - did 629 miles at weekend, some very bad roads, almost
a track in one case.

BTW where is my circlip ftom under tank ????
It took to the air doing the filter.
