You don't need a reader, just a voltmeter: http://www.largiader.com/articles/motronic.html
It may provide valuable information. _________________ I am not a number, I am a free man.

Checked codes: 2344 - Cleaned O2 connections, cleared and didn't return.
Next 3333 - Fan check, all ok.
Removed ignition amplifier, cleaned and added new heat sink compound.
So far so good. _________________ '93 K1100LT

Ahhh, forgot about the Ignition Amplifier, a left over vestige from the K100 bikes, only used on the '93's.
I had once ordered a new one in my search for a gremlin and ended up not needing it. Seemed to be a fairly inexpensive item, <$50. _________________ Steve

I picked one up combined with some other relays and such, not realizing at the time that neither of my bikes use it...... So I've go one I don't need, at least at this moment.... _________________ Ride safe.

Ok guys, she's run great all week without a hiccup. My confidence is back, new tires mounted and balanced, and luggage locked and loaded. Heading for Salem,OR at first light on Saturday. A couple of weeks in the great NW.
I really appreciate all your help, support and suggestions, and a real tip of the hat to FD. _________________ '93 K1100LT
