For cold weather(sub 40) skip the vest and get a jacket liner. Vests do work and make a big difference but your arms will still be cold. BTDT.

Yes....I went through several pair of Firstgear heated gloves and had them exchanged under warranty. DON'T go there.

Go with Gerbings as I eventually did. Great stuff.

Crap! I shoulda waited. I don't think I've used my China made ones twice since I bought them. Part of the problem was all the damn wires (some of which are necessary).

Just picked up the wireless controller - much better design than Gerbings - it's First Gear/Warm and Safe - hope it holds up better than their gloves...

Quit bragging, John... Very Happy

Light rain falling here. The K is securely lashed down on the trailer - which is hitched to the truck. If the bike gets loose, I have a lot more to worry about than a motorcycle...
