Further to the upgrades we have incorporated in the Kay range of Monoshox - 2 Kays running in the European BEARS series equiped with our off the shelf RAM shock have had encouraging results in their first season. A string of seconds [ 4 ] and 3rds have finally resulted in Ben Kingham [ Old Racer Team ] finishing on the top step of the podium at Snetterton a couple of weeks ago.

Congratulations to Ben and the team. David Matravers has also had some fine podium results.

Oooops - nearly forgot - also fitted with RAM progressive Goldline fork springs

Very nice. Looks great.

Do you know the wet weight of that bike?

Curious about weight after having my R1100s at a track day.

Hi John,

I'll check with the guy - I'm in fairly regular contact over developments and such.

Yes - does look nice !! Makes me want to revamp my Fighter as a Cafe Racer !!!

In the interests of fairness - here's the other one we support - Dave Matravers - 2nds, and 3rds. so far oh yes, plus a busted collarbone that's put him out for a few rounds !

Hi John,
sorry for the delay - they're waiting to get it on the scales at the next race meeting - AFTER they swap out the K1100 forks ! Apparantly too late for the cut off date [ bike / parts ]. Although strangely the governing body HAS allowed the K1200S 5 spokes !
