Hi, I have a Corbin seat fitted to my LT but there is a slight problem. Water gets into it via the outer seam (I think). Then it gives me a U shape wet mark mostly on my thighs. There are no rips, tears or holes so the question is, how can I seal the seams?
Any help would be appreciated as I love the comfort.

Well, the only thing I could think of would be similar to waterproofing the seams on you boots. Mink oil.
It may not totally stop it, but it should slow it down.
Anything with a physical hole has the potential to leak. _________________ Ride safe.

Oy - it's wet, not hard. Although it may have been in the process of getting wet
On a serious note, maybe the stuff used for sealing tent seams? _________________ David, owner of:

Drikko - wrong sort of leak..... I get lots of things from riding my bike, but that ain't one of them. Well, not since a certain girl long ago, but that's a different story. _________________ '93 K1100LTSE, ABS1 in Black 'Connie' |

Buy some Nikwax and rub it into the stiched seams.
