About a month ago I picked up a nonrunning '91 K 75s. The bike had been inactive for quite a while. It has 11,000 miles and cosmetically and mechanically is in good shape. I cleaned the tank and ordered a new fuel pump and vibration damper etc. from Beemerbone Yard and installed that. The bike started right up and ran pretty well but soon began to run worse and worse. I had been searching this site for suggestions as to the problem. I checked the spark and all the usual suspects and finally decided to send my injectors to Mr Injector (great to do business with with by the way) as per Flying Ducks posts. I installed the cleaned injectors yesterday and the machine is running great.
So anyway I just wanted to thank the board for all the good information to be found here. So far I very much enjoy the bike and think that the GS may be sitting for a while. |

I have used him a few times and always great service. I will be sending him another set at the end of the season for one of my K100s I am working on. _________________ Ron
