Hey ya'll,
Specialks update:
Check out thses links:
http://www.bikeexif.com/bmw-k100-custom#comments
The 'Beast' is taking a beating about the head and shoulders over the colors...
....apparently there are a bunch of McDonalds eaters in the bike world. And I digress. If anyone wants to post something in defense of the bikes attributes, (Intake, exhaust, engineering, design, craftmanship) I would greatly appreciate it. I am not trying to toot my own horn, just get the commentary to focus on what really matters, the fact that the flying brick can be art on wheels, and deserves great respect and recognition. Besides, it's bad form to post on my own entry.

Took 1st and 3rd place at the Huntington Beach Concours'd Elegance, and the bikes have been invited to exhibit at the Palos Verdes Concours at Trump National.

Hi Larry....
I think you can IGNORE all those McDs comments ! I think the bike looks GREAT and a terrific job of engineering, especially all the "R-Bike" pieces into a truly super machine. A real vision, a real bike, and a true work of art !!

Hang in there, Larry - the twits who are hung up on the colors are missing the big picture completely. As usual - a stunning bike. _________________ Jim
