How long should fuel injecter O-Rings last?

I replaced all my O-Rings 1 1/2 years ago, And this weekend while trying to clean one of the injecters the o-ring broke very brittle.. is this normal?
replacing the two that are on the injecter sunday but should I worrie about the rest??

What did you replace them with? Buana rubber gets brittle pretty quick in that environment, viton rubber holds up a lot better with the heat and fuel.

I'd change 'em all... If those two are shot, the rest are also - or they're not far behind.

Don't buy new ones from a BMW shop - get to a fuel injector shop. Much cheaper and probably newer.
