I have to say-setting the lift flush in the slab was a stroke of genius. It is so nice to be able to roll the bike on and off at ground level. No ramp required. Took me three days, two sledge hammers, one 10" diamond masonry saw blade and three chisels to break out the concrete. I carted the concrete to the dumpster in small loads, and the dirt all at once. The dumspter was so full it would not roll. What a dirty nasty job it was. The lift has hard plumbed air assist connected to my vertical air compressor, and there are electrical outlets in the floor recess for plugging in tools or a battery charger. When the lift is clear I can drive my car over it.
The two hole caterer's stainless steel sink even has a garbage disposal. It takes up some valuable realestate but worth it.

whats in the refrigerator...
that sink looks like you could do full body dismemberment with out leaving trace evidence behind...
is that your grand daughter leaning on the motobrick... she is hot...
the whole set up is a stroke of genius... its beautiful...

Hey, anyone missing the engine out of their brick? If you are, it might be on the floor at lrome48's garage. 
Larry, that isn't a garage, it's a service center. Great place to work!
If I didn't have to store the family's crap in mine, I would have more room. Gotta' get me a workbench like yours.

The sink is great for preparing foods for large gatherings, and that is my daughter, (Ahem) and she is a cutie thanks.
The workbench is just a 12 ft section of formica countertop screwed to particle board utility cabinets and the back wall. The space is great and the formica holds up well and is easy to keep clean.

Thanks John and Johnny, it has been a evolutionary process for the past 5 years. There were times that I would have to spend half the day moving things out so I could work in the garage, then late at night move it all back in. For years we could not put a car in there, and during one really hard stretch I actually had so much in the garage that it overflowed outside into a heap the length and height and width of the garage door, that was covered with a tarp. The neighbors loved me; not. 
It was agony. All I ever seemed to do was just shuffle it all around, and I kept moving the same thing back and forth over and over again. It was maddening. I finally finished the garage when my pastor mentioned to me he was looking for a bike to ride around town and for short trips, his first bike actually, he was a worshipper from afar. I told him why buy one, let's build one together, so I sunk the master bedroom remodel money into the garage redo. The best feature is the Bosch tankless hot water heater, gone is the ugly round monstrosity of a heater, and the Bosch takes up so little space but provides instant hot water all day long.
When the garage was a nightmare I could not get motivated. I could not open cabinet doors without hitting something, and I had to crawl and squeeze my way around. I could not stand to even look in the garage. (I had moved the washer and dryer from the garage to the second floor wardrobe closet and the plumbing forced me to take down half the drywall ceiling in the garage so for along time it was pretty sorry looking.)
I wish I had been wearing a pedometer whlile pushing things in the garage, I probably would have logged enough miles to have circumnavigated the world!
Most of my woodworking tools are in storage. The pastor cleaned out his backyard storage shed and all my saws, tubs of k parts, and anything not needed is in there. When we move into our next home I am going to build a workshop separate from the house that is partitioned for motorcycles and carpentry. For now, the situation is finally workable, I only wish I could have had the motivation to do it sooner. Na 'Ja, that's life.
I am building an 1100 custom standard for the pastor, that is what is on the lift, and a very cool K75 for my wife. (After the pastor's bike is finished) The K75 frame and bodywork are at the painter's. The color is Elfenbein, the cream color of the James Bond 1200C. The engine is all chrome, the three spoked RS wheels are chrome and it is going to harken back to the old /2 look, only as a K75. The paint is all Glasurit, the accent parts like the tailcowl base and radiator cowl are silver with a sprinkle of metalflake. I can't wait now to start on it.
BTW, the fridge is stocked with light and dark beer, what else?

I really am, brother. My wife is incerdible. Our master bedroom has no floor covering, just plywood, and one wall is exposed studs where I removed the cheesy built in fireplace. She understood my frustration and has sacrificed much. When the two bikes are done I am bringing in the woodworking tools and finishing the bedroom.
Believe it or not, the most expensive part of the garage redo was the tankless heater. I still need to refinish the garage floor but not until the bikes are done.

When I bought the garage (and home) it had been built but not completed due to divorce. The 3 inner bays form a very large room. The upstairs looked the start of a party room.
Inside now is all insulated and partical board on walls and ceiling in all bays. The short bay is going to be the electronics (now has A/C) and the other end bay is set up to be a wash bay. Have 5 220 outlites and lots of lights.
And I have put the contents of 3 storage units in the garage...
