Just acquired a used K11 LT from NE states, needs some parts to make it nice, one is a replacement screen for the stock (original?) that is rather rough condition.
Also need replacement rear shock.
Please email or call or PM,
Thanks _________________ Peter T Campbell

I've got a stock screen with some superficial scratches on it that can be buffed out no problem.
Basically it's got the normal wear and tear of a screen that has seen 74,000 miles. _________________ Bane of your existence since July 2006

How tall are you? If you're replacing your windscreen then I'd recommend getting an aftermarket one that suits your height. When I got my bike I got a total windblast with the screen down. I bought a Parabellum +4 screen and I still see over the screen but the wind goes over my head - it's perfect for someone 6-2 and I leave it all of the way down all the time unless it's raining. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

Cool, how much do you want for it including shipping to Ogdensburg, NY?
Is payment via pay pal okay with you?

I bought a K11 LT restoration project late last year, and the stock screen was in poor condition.
Fitting a taller screen was a revelation. Unlike the Pan 1300, where the screen rises linearly, BMW developed this 'barn door' approach for the K11. The resulting screen is not only too short, it is an aerodynamic disaster.
Choose a tall screen from any of the US based vendors - you will not regret it. It is far quieter in use, and saves you precious $ at the gas pump.
