another 300 mile 2 up today... 1 year ago today was out first 2 up on the bug eye brick...

heading through the little hills on ca 63...

lotts o yellow flowers on the little hills on ca 180...

and lotts o purple flowing trees...

fallen hollow big tree...

the general grant... 2000 years old... 267ft tall... 40ft across... 107ft around....

lots o snow... we`went from 90 deg to 40 deg to back to 95 deg...

mountain stream...

big trees everywhere...

look... the road... the road... it was nice too... smooth and clear of road junk...

big scenery all around...

that crazy wench micki...

these guys were crazy... watched them for about 10 minutes trying to figure it out... then they went for it 1 at a time... im thinking it was about a 40 foot drop... they used the big rock like a water slide...

bye bye big trees...

back to civilization... kinda...

that is our back up seat...

its a corbin dual tour... i think its much better than the dual canyon...

this dual tour was brand new... never been on a brick before the bug eye brick... although its 10 year + old...

its not as good as any of the russells we have had... but its dang good so far...

we are getting a new russell someday soon... we are going to ride to russell in shasta ca when we are up that way and have them do it right...

then we can hopefully be done with it all together...

i have had no issues... just trying to get that crazy wench more comfort... the rough goaty roads we ride and the down hill mountain switchbacks are causing her pain sometimes... not all the time... just sometimes...

it will be available along with our present russell when we get it all sorted out...

I will be shopping for a new seat but with the move funds are going to be very tight.

That said, I would like to try the Dual Tour and keep it in the Corbin family if I could, the 250+ mile trip on the Dual Canyon was hell on my tender bits, and I do not want to head towards the sasquach snatch if I can help it.

PM me a price for the dual tour and see if we can work something out.

Impressive shots, Ostr!
Must be hard to keep the eye on the road, with that landscapes! And that road looks quite challenging. And I'll try to include that route in my octuber trip around California.
And OTG, I bought a pair of AirHawks seat cushions to my trip to Chile, and it works super. Only the seat height is up a bit.
Guilherme.

otg... pm on the way... every monkey gets a banana...

we carry airhaws too... seldom use them... but they are fine units and make a difference...

yesser there airborne man fowl... but we can only do weekend rides and really never go anywhere...

i would really like to do some long distance rides that take me somewhere instead of back to where i started the same or next day...

drmalacarne... we stop allot to see the sights... but it is a learned skill to ride and take in the scenery at the same time... i just havent learned it yet...

Thanks Johnny. I've never seen some of those roads.

Can you imagine what the world looked like when there were 1000's of acres of those trees!
