The spline lube was done with Guard Dog, I ordered that based on recommendations found on K11OG.
Thanks for the suggestions on probable cause. Might have a clutch in my future sounds like... Damn ... |

You can do it in a weekend. I would suggest that you pop the clutch nut off and install a new o-ring. Mine was a few years older and it was hard as coal and just as brittle. Cheap insurance.

Last couple of rides, hard (impossible) to downshift sometimes _but_ blipping the throttle and it will downshift easy enough.
