Yep...I bought the oil change kit which included a new rubber 'O' ring and new crush washers for the drain plug, final drive and transmission plug.

18nm is not much over hand tight, somewhat scary on a drain bolt.

Changing the oil on my 94 K1100lt.
In the BMW PDF manual it says the oil drain plug setting is 30nm in the torque setting chart and in the oil change section states 18nm.
