I think I found the problem. While looking for the alternator connector noticed a burn mark on the ground wire for the motronics unit. Replaced the wire and now getting readings of:

Put a new battery in a week ago, and within days the battery is dead with the key off. Don't think the clock would draw much power but something is draining the battery. Where do I start to look?

I notice that your axle goes in further into the wheel compared to mine. If you look at the plastic cap on the axle end - compare mine to yours. My axle is out further from the fork.

Do you have the spacers installed on BOTH sides?

Yes. But I notice that the axle doesn't sit flush with the end of the fork where the bolt screws in.

I might suggest that the better action would be to replace the radio. There are many out there that sound much better, pick up signals better and offer more listening options.
