The only flapper I'm familiar with is the crapper flapper, you know that tiny rubber thingy attached to a chain at the bottom of the toilet reservoir.

Be careful with the clips. There's a little sandcast "nipple" that breaks off very easily. I ended up sticking a tiny piece of eraser to make up for the lost nipple space.
