Easy to check the fuel filter. Take it out and blow through it. It should flow pretty easily.

NAPA 3032 filter is only about $5.

I have done this.

Wiped off the inlet end and blew ONLY.

But keep in mind that these K100/1100 engines/bikes are very hard to kill.
