| Finally found the annoying buzz/vibe yesterday, it was the right factory horn, drilled the hole in the flat stock mount a tad larger and used a new nut and lock washer. Much better now. |

Try using pressure instead of vacuum.

Great tip Duck! It worked, fluid came out from the get-go looking like new stuff so I guess changing the calipers with plenty of fluid sort of douches out ... |
