I think originally BMW said the filter needed to be changed at 12k miles, but then discovered this was way too conservative, and externded the change interval to 24k miles.

Cor, haven't posted for a year or so....

K1100LT: idle speed seems a bit low at 900rpm - low enough to get the oil light to flicker on really hot days.

How do you adjust it? I peered everywhere ...
