| I think originally BMW said the filter needed to be changed at 12k miles, but then discovered this was way too conservative, and externded the change interval to 24k miles. | |

K1100LT: idle speed seems a bit low at 900rpm - low enough to get the oil light to flicker on really hot days. How do you adjust it? I peered everywhere ... |
