The hall sensor fault is not uncommon with ignition on and engine off.
You should try and clear the other one out.
As far as it running smoothly, when was the fuel filter changed last.

I also experienced an intermittent fuel pump issue years ago.
Checked the kill switch, not it.
Checked the side-stand switch, not it.(also with vac tubing on tang)
Checked the fuel pump relay, not ...

On the OEM wires the metal caps have a tab with a hole in it I grip the tab with linesman's pliers and twist it to break it free, then hook in the hole and pull it straight off.

It sure sounds like a power supply problem.
If the clock is going blank, then you are loosing your power at the main distribution.
Measure with your meter at the battery when you turn on the ignitio ...

RE the fuel pump noise..... the stock pump is naturally noisy, and gets louder as the fuel level in the tank gets lower. Replacing the fuel filter may quiet it down some if the existing filter is rest ...
