Try welding, those plastics material can be welded. I have in one of my panniers 2 strips of duck tape - works fine, no leak until now  .

| It used to be Bridgestone BT 21 now it is going to be Metzeler Roadtec z6 (made in China *^*#&%543642576#& !! ). Standard size 160/60 R18.
